croSsroads CAMP WING

where kids can be kids

At Crossroads, we believe that every young person has the ability to unlock their potential and positively impact the world. It is our goal to provide guidance, resources, and confidence to all of our young people, while demonstrating respect, friendship, and an unwavering commitment to help them transform into informed individuals and leaders. As a Crossroads family made up of participants and their caregivers, staff, donors, and friends, we stand united in supporting our young people as they become economically independent citizens, socially responsible leaders, and emotionally connected adults. One summer with Crossroads can grow into a lifetime of opportunities.

At overnight summer camp our young people
explore new environments, engage in new and fun experiences,
and develop healthy relationships with fellow campers and staff.

Crossroads serves young people from Boston as well as returning families from surrounding communities. Crossroads is dedicated to making sure that all children can experience the joys of summer camp and year-round leadership programs, regardless of their families’ financial circumstances. Our programs are fully funded by donor support.

With that in mind, the only cost is a
$100 enrollment fee per camper, per session.
Transportation, food, activities and all other elements
of camp are covered by Crossroads.
There are no additional fees.

hear from a few of our counselors

notes from our camp parents & caregivers

“Our daughter was a 1st time camper and 2nd generation camper following in her dad’s footsteps! My family appreciates what Crossroads is doing for the children. Our camper is looking forward to coming back next year and has made it clear that she no longer wants to be home on summer breaks. I feel like I’ve lost my child to camp moving forward. LOL!”

“My child was able to explore the outdoors and stay disconnected from technology and made new friends.”

“I can’t speak more highly of the program, staff, and the other children. The environment is an extension of home and when my camper is there, I’m worry-free.”

“My son is a kid who loves being outdoors doing all types of activities all the time. He has to stay busy and entertained. The exposure to all of the camp activities and being able to be outside in nature, not being inside on electronics all day, is what he needs.”

“The comradery, physical activity, genuine care, organization, celebratory activities and atmosphere are second to none. Thank you!”

“He was able to expel all that extra energy. He was able to have fun and not worry about what is going on in the community that was negative around us.”

“My son returned home with a better positive attitude and spirit. He felt empowered and ready to target the next school year.”

“My daughter went from being this shy little girl to being around a group of kids and staff who allowed her to express herself and be her true silly self. Forever grateful!”
